The Livermore Lab Foundation (LLF) seeks an experienced and organized Deputy Director to join our team.

LLF is dedicated to advancing science and inspiring future scientists and engineers at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). As the Lab’s key philanthropic partner, LLF works collaboratively with our LLNL colleagues to facilitate investments in world-class science and technology to support cutting-edge research, student fellowships, education and community engagement.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Deputy Director is a key member of the LLF team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the organization, including office and finance management, program development, and related organizational support. The position requires strong administrative abilities, personal initiative, and the commitment to assist in the Foundation’s growth.

With flexible hybrid work hours (approximately 25-30 per week) and competitive pay, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced non-profit professional interested in making a difference via philanthropy.
